| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Water |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | White vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon juice |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Brown sugar |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Chili sauce |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Pepper |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mustard |
| 28 oz | 795g | Ketchup |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground ginger |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground coriander |
| Tabasco sauce - to taste |
Saute 1 cup of onions in a small amount of olive oil until they are dark brown--just before they get black.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
