| 6 oz | 170g | Tabasco sauce |
| 1/2 | Vinegar | |
| 1/2 | Ketchup | |
| 1 1/2 oz | 42g | Black pepper |
| Juice of 1 1/2 lemons | ||
| 12 oz | 340g | Yellow mustard |
| 3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Butter or margarine |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 48 oz | 1363g | Canned tomatoes |
| 4 | Vidalia onions - chopped |
Mix ingredients well. Simmer for 30 minutes.
