Spicy Tartar Sauce For Seafood Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | Garlic - cloves, crushed | |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Parsley - finely chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sweet pickle relish |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tarragon - freshly chopped, or |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried tarragon |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco sauce |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vinegar |
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Serve as a dipping sauce for shellfish, or top off grilled fish steaks (Tuna) with dollops.
