| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
| 3 oz | 85g | Brown sugar |
| 3 oz | 85g | Worcestershire sauce |
| 3 oz | 85g | Yellow mustard |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Catsup |
| 1/8 cup | 29ml | Black pepper |
| 1/8 cup | 29ml | Red pepper flakes |
| 3/4 tablespoon | 11ml | Red wine vinegar |
| 1/4 | White wine | |
| 3 oz | 85g | Salt |
Bring to boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or store in aluminum, store in glass.
