Barbecue Sauce For Fish Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Lemon slice | |
| 1 | Onion - sliced | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | White vinegar |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared mustard |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne - (red) pepper |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
| Secondary Ingredients | ||
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Catsup |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Liquid smoke |
Simmer first set of ingredients for 20 minutes, then add the secondary ingredients.
Remove lemon slice and baste fish and Barbecue, basting with the sauce as needed.
