Buckaroo Bar-B-Q Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - sliced (medium) |
| 1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chopped celery |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fat |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared mustard |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Catsup |
| 1 | Seasoned tomato sauce |
Cook onions and celery in hot fat till soft and yellow.
Add remaining ingredients; Mix thoroughly.
Makes 2 cups, enough to barbeque 4 lbs spareribs.
