Charcoal Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Tabasco sauce |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Brown sugar |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Margarine or butter |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared mustard |
| 32 oz | 909g | Catsup |
| 1 oz | 28g | Onion - grated (medium) |
| 2 | Garlic | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Barbeque spice |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Hickory smoke barbeque sauce |
Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a rolling boil.
Cook for about 30-45 minutes until thick. Stir occasionally.
