Chinese Barbecue Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	177ml	Catsup
1/2 cup	80g / 2.8oz	Brown sugar
3 tablespoons	45ml	Soy sauce
1 tablespoon	15ml	Ground ginger
1 tablespoon	15ml	Liquid smoke
1		Garlic - minced

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved and bubbly.
