Chipotle Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/3 cups | 437g / 15oz | Dark corn syrup |
| 1 1/3 cups | 315ml | Extra strong coffee |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Catsup |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Cider vinegar |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 8 tablespoons | 120ml | Chili powder |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Corn oil |
| 8 teaspoons | 40ml | Prepared mustard |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
| 2 | Chipotle peppers | |
| 1 | Cornstarch |
Blender the above mixture.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer.
Thicken with cornstarch to desired thickness.
