Recipe Ingredients

84 oz	2386g	Catsup
4 oz	113g	Onion (medium)
3 oz	85g	Cloves (large)
1 cup	160g / 5.6oz	Brown sugar
1/2 cup	118ml	Mustard
1 cup	237ml	Vinegar
1 oz	28g	Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Cumin
3 tablespoons	45ml	Soy sauce
1		Hot sauce
1		Salt
1		Pepper
