Kansas City Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 3 cups | 711ml | Canned beef broth |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | White vinegar |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Tomato paste |
| 1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Paprika |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sage |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Cayenne pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Turmeric |
| 30 | Garlic - crushed |
Blend all together in a large saucepan and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
