North Carolina Eastern Style With Chili Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Cider vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tabasco |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Paprika |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Salt |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Pepper |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
Combine all ingredients and let sit for an hour or more at room temperature to let flavors combine and mature.
