| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Paprika |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Red pepper flake |
| 12 tablespoons | 180ml | Pepper |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Salt |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Sugar |
Combine all ingredients and let sit for an hour or more at room temperature to let flavors combine and mature.
