| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Cider vinegar |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tabasco |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper |
| 1 | Onion - chopped |
Combine all ingredients and simmer for a minimum of 1 hour.
