| 1 cup | 237ml | White vinegar |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Mustard |
| 1/2 | Onion - chopped | |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Water |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Tomato puree |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Paprika |
| 6 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
| 2/3 teaspoon | 3.3ml | Cayenne pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper |
Simmer all ingredients for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and flavors to blend.
