| 1/2 | Vinegar | |
| 1 | Black pepper | |
| 1/2 | Ketchup | |
| 1 1/2 | Juice from lemons | |
| 1 | Yellow mustard | |
| 3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Butter |
| 4 | Tomatoes | |
| 4 | Vidalia onions - chopped |
Combine all ingredients and simmer gently for 30 minutes.
Blend thoroughly in food processor or blender until smooth.
