| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Mustard |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Margarine |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
| 1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Black pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar granulated |
Mix thoroughly and simmer 10-15 minutes until sugar is dissolved.
