| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Minced onions |
| 1 | Garlic - minced | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Mustard |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chili sauce |
| 2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Sugar |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Honey |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | White pepper |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne |
Cook sauce 15 minutes.
Baste Ham.
