Southern Style Grilling Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Ketchup |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Cider vinegar |
| 1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vegetable oil |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Chili powder |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dijon-style mustard |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion - minced (small) |
| 2 | Garlic - minced |
In medium bowl, mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight before using.
Makes approximately 2 cups
