| 3 teaspoons | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Sugar |

| 1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Butter |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Cider vinegar |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Vinegar |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Prepared mustard |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vidalia onion - chopped (large) |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black pepper |
Mix all ingredients and simmer for l0-15 minutes.
Complements any of your favorite barbecue meats.
