| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Bread flour |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Barley flour |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Whole-grain wheat flour |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Molasses |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Nonfat dry milk |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Ground cinnamon |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Active dry yeast |
Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions. This is a recipe for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
