English Barley Bread

1 cup	237ml	Water
2 tablespoons	30ml	Cooking oil
2 cups	125g / 4.4oz	Bread flour
1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Barley flour
1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Whole-grain wheat flour
3 tablespoons	45ml	Molasses
3 tablespoons	45ml	Nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
3/4 teaspoon	3.8ml	Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon	5ml	Active dry yeast

Recipe Instructions

Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions. This is a recipe for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
