Hazelnut Amaretto Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Bread flour |
| 2/3 cup | 157ml | Milk |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Toasted hazelnuts - chopped |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine |
| 4 teaspoons | 20ml | Amaretto |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Active dry yeast |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| Glaze | ||

| Toasted almonds - chopped, (optional) |

Add flour, milk, the nuts, egg, sugar, butter/margarine, liqueur, yeast, and salt to the bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Bake and cool as directed.
When bread is cool, drizzle with Amaretto Glaze. Sprinkle with almonds, if desired.
