Pesto Chicken Salad

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Purchased pesto
2 tablespoons	30ml	Mayonnaise
1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Finely-chopped cooked chicken
		(or half 3 oz can chunk-style chicken,
		Drained)

Recipe Instructions

If necessary, drain off any excess oil from pesto. In a small bowl, stir together the pesto and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Stir in chicken. Cover and chill until needed, up to 24 hours.
