Pesto Chicken Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Purchased pesto |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Finely-chopped cooked chicken |

If necessary, drain off any excess oil from pesto. In a small bowl, stir together the pesto and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Stir in chicken. Cover and chill until needed, up to 24 hours.
