Romaine And Walnut Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | Romaine lettuce, torn small |
2 | Plum tomatoes - sliced | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced fresh mushrooms |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Walnuts - chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salad oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dry mustard |
In a mixing bowl toss together romaine, tomatoes, mushrooms, and walnuts. In a screw-top jar combine vinegar, oil, honey and dry mustard. Cover and shake well. Pour over romaine mixture. Toss to coat.
