| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Cooked white beans |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Molasses |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ketchup |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry mustard |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chipotle puree |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Beer |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | White vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place bean mixture in a greased casserole dish and cook for 6 to 9 hours. If they become dry, add a little well seasoned stock (chicken or vegetable). Serve hot.
