| 12 cups | 750g / 26oz | Chopped green tomatoes |
| 16 cups | 3792ml | Apples - unpeeled, cored |
| 4 cups | 584g / 20oz | Chopped sultanas |
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Currants |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon rind |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Orange rind |
| 6 cups | 1188g / 41oz | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cinnamon |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Nutmeg |
| 3 teaspoons | 15ml | Salt |
| 2 | Cloves | |
| 8 tablespoons | 120ml | Margarine |
1. Chop in processor apples and tomatoes.
2. Add remaining fruit and process.
3. Blend everything in a large pot.
4. Cook slowly for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
5. Bottle and process in hot water bath.
