| 50 | Margarine | |
| 500 | Milk | |
| 200 | Sugar | |
| 80 | Dried coconut | |
| 60 | Cake flour | |
| 5 | Vanilla essence | |
| 2 | Milligrams salt |
Preheat oven to 180 C (350F).
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and beat until well mixed.
Pour into a greased ovenproof 24 cm pie dish and bake for 45-55 minutes or until the top is gold brown and the custard filling has set.
