Recipe Ingredients

4   White fish fillets - (abt 1 lb)
3/4 cup 177mlWater
1/2 cup 118mlDry white wine
1/2 cup 20g / 0.7ozQuaker Oat Bran Cereal - uncooked
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozTomato - chopped (large)
1/4 cup 59mlShredded mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
2 tablespoons 30mlGrated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped fresh parsley - chopped (or 1 tbspn dried parsley flakes)

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place fish in 11 3/4- by 7 1/2-inch baking dish. In medium saucepan, combine water, wine, and cereal. Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Add tomato. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
