From" "Mary Ann's Gilligan's Island Cookbook"

Banana bread is one of my favorite things to bake and to eat! This recipe is excellent and believe me I've tried a lot of recipes. It comes out so moist and tastes delicious. I usually add a little more banana than the recipe calls for, and I also add a little vanilla extract, cinnamon and sometimes even coconut to spice it up! Try it and tell me what you think. You may even come up with some additions of your own to make it even better. If you are wondering about the source for this recipe, came from the real "Mary Ann" of Gilligan's Island". I even met her too!
