Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozCarrots - shredded
3/4 cup 30g / 1.1ozQuaker Oat Bran cereal - uncooked
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozEgg substitute - (equal to 1 egg)
1/4 cup 59mlWater
2 tablespoons 30mlSnipped chives - fresh or frozen
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped nuts
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlNutmeg

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into 1-quart casserole or baking dish sprayed with vegetable oil spray. Bake 40 minutes. Serving size 1/2 cup.
