Recipe Ingredients

1   Mixed vegetable - (16 oz)
  (broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts)
8   Imitation crab meat sticks - cut bite-size
4 tablespoons 60mlKikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGarlic powder
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly-ground white pepper
1/4 cup 59mlWhite wine

Recipe Instructions

Defrost and cook vegetables according to package instruction, using a covered saucepan. Add crab pieces when vegetables are almost finished. Add spices and wine and stir occasionally until vegetables are cooked to desired softness.

Serving size is 1 1/2 cups.
