Peaches Italian Style

Recipe Ingredients

3   Peaches
1 cup 198g / 7ozSugar
4 oz 113gJuice - lemon
2 oz 56gJuice - orange
1/3 cup 78mlWine - port
1/3 cup 78mlVermouth - sweet
1 cup 237mlWine - white

Recipe Instructions

Peel the peaches. Slice them into medium-sized pieces.

Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Add lemon juice, orange juice, Port, and white wine.

Mix well, (try not to bruise the peaches) and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Serve in chilled glass cups.
