Spinach Cheese Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Frozen spinach - chopped, cooked, | |
| And well drained | ||
| (may substitute broccoli or zucchini) | ||
| 3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute - (equal to 3 eggs) |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cottage cheese, lowfat |
| 4 oz | 113g | Lowfat cheese or tofu - shredded |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Minced onion |
| 1 | Nutmeg |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix gently. Transfer to 9-inch pie plate. Bake 1 hour or until browned on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serving size is 1/6 of pie.
