Sweet Potato Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index

| 3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar - to 1 cup |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Sweet potatoes; raw - grated |
| 1 | Evaporated milk - 13 oz | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Nutmeg |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - (or marg.), melted |
| 1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Flaked coconut |
Combine eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl, beating well; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 1-1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
