Mustard Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Prepared mustard |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Basil |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dill |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tarragon |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Maple syrup |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salad oil |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Raspberry vinegar |
Mix the above ingredients together, blending thoroughly. Let spread sit in the refrigerator for at least a day before serving.
