Emeril's Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Shredded white cabbage |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Shredded red cabbage |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Julienned red onion |
| 2/3 cup | 157ml | Homemade mayonnaise |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Creole mustard |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Rice wine vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped parsley |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste pepper |
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Let the slaw chill for 1 hour before serving.
This recipe yields 3 cups of slaw.
