Smoked Salmon Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | White vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Yellow mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared horseradish |

Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
1/2 | Red leaf lettuce head - leaves torn | |
Into large pieces | ||
1 | Butter leaf lettuce head - leaves torn | |
Into large pieces | ||
8 | Tomato wedges | |
1/2 | Cucumber - peeled, sliced thin | |
12 oz | 340g | Salmon fillets - smoked and flaked |
In a bowl, whisk together vinegar and mustard. Add olive oil while whisking, then add yogurt, horseradish and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, toss dressing with remaining ingredients.
Serves 6.
