Broiled Squirrel Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Squirrel - split to lay flat | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Melted butter |
Rub squirrel with salt and pepper; brush with melted butter. Put on a greased rack and broil for 40 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.
This recipe yields 1 to 2 servings.
