Milk | ||
Flour - seasoned with | ||
Salt - to taste, and | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
Butter | ||
Sweet or sour cream |
Split each bird, then dip into milk and dredge with seasoned flour. Brown in melted butter. Arrange in a shallow casserole and cover with sweet or sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until tender.
