Beet Fettuccine With Caviar

Recipe Ingredients

1/2		Beet fettuccine or
6 oz	170g	Uncooked fettuccine
1/3 cup	78ml	Sour cream
1/4 cup	59ml	Milk
2 tablespoons	30ml	Grated parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Pepper
1		Green onion - (with top)
		Thinly sliced
1 tablespoon	15ml	Caviar

Recipe Instructions

Cook fettuccine as directed in recipe or on package; drain. Heat remaining ingredients except caviar over low heat, stirring constantly, just until hot. Toss with hot fettuccine. Spoon caviar on top.
