Beet Fettuccine With Caviar Recipe - Cooking Index

| 6 oz | 170g | Uncooked fettuccine |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Sour cream |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated parmesan cheese |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
| 1 | Green onion - (with top) | |
| Thinly sliced | ||
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Caviar |
Cook fettuccine as directed in recipe or on package; drain. Heat remaining ingredients except caviar over low heat, stirring constantly, just until hot. Toss with hot fettuccine. Spoon caviar on top.
