Grilled Cinnamon Spice Shrimp Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Brown sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cinnamon |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Nutmeg |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Deveined peeled shrimp |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
| Romaine lettuce leaves - for serving |
Combine sugar and spices in a glass bowl. Toss shrimp with the oil and thread onto skewers. Sprinkle with spice mixture.
Grill over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Serve on a bed of Romaine lettuce.
