Grilled Whole Catfish Recipe - Cooking Index

| Basting Sauce | ||
| 4 oz | 113g | Butter - (1 stick) - melted |
| 2/3 cup | 157ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 | Tabasco sauce | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared mustard |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt, preferably Kosher |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
Whisk together basting sauce ingredients.
Place catfish on well-oiled grill or grilling basket over medium coals. Grill, basting frequently for about 20 minutes; turn and continue grilling for about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
