Lime-Pickled Red Onions Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Red onion - thinly sliced (large) | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh cilantro |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried oregano |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and let stand 1 to 3 hours. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
This recipe yields about 2 cups.
