| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Soft bread crumbs - (3 slices) |
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Carrot - shredded (medium) |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped (small) |
| 1/3 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped celery |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced fresh ginger root |
| 1 | Egg - beaten | |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce - plus |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce - divided |
Thoroughly combine beef, bread, carrot, onion, celery, ginger, egg and 1/3 cup stir-fry sauce. Press mixture firmly into 9-inch round microwave-safe cake pan. Microwave on Medium-High (70%) 20 minutes, rotating pan once.
Brush top of meat mixture with remaining 1 tablespoon stir-fry sauce; microwave on Medium-High (70%) 8 minutes longer. Let meatloaf stand 5 minutes before cutting into serving portions.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
