Minestrone Pasta Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 cups | 711ml | Uncooked medium pasta shells - (7 1/2 oz) |
| 2/3 cup | 157ml | Italian dressing |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Shredded Parmesan cheese |
| 2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Carrots - sliced (1 cup) (medium) |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Green bell pepper - chopped (1 cup) (medium) |
| 1 | Kidney beans - (15 to 16 oz) - rinsed, drained | |
| 1 | Garbanzo beans - (15 to 16 oz) - rinsed, drained | |
| 1 | Italian-style stewed or diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz), drained |
Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
Toss pasta and remaining ingredients. Serve warm or cold.
