100% Whole Wheat Bread II

Recipe Ingredients

		Large 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
1 tablespoon	15ml	Yeast
3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Whole wheat flour
1/2 tablespoon	7.5ml	Salt
3/8 cup	88ml	Gluten
1 tablespoon	15ml	Oil
1 tablespoon	15ml	Sugar
1 5/8 cups	385ml	Water

Recipe Instructions

Add all ingredients to the pan in the order recommended by machine manufacturer. Crust color, medium. Bread setting "white".

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
