| 3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | White bread flour |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Dry milk |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fast rise yeast |

Follow loading instructions per your owner's manual. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid, or delayed time bake cycles.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
Hints: This makes great low fat croutons. Lightly butter bread slices, cube, and bake at 350 degrees until crisp.
