| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Bread flour |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry milk |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
| 1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Dried cranberries |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Orange marmalade |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Active dry yeast |
| Large 1 1/2 Lb Loaf | ||
| 1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Cranberry juice - heated |
| 3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry milk |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
| 1/3 cup | 30g / 1.1oz | Dried cranberries |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Orange marmalade |
| 3 teaspoons | 15ml | Active dry yeast |
Add all ingredients in order suggested by machine manufacturer. Dried cranberries can be added at "beep" if machine has that option. Select Basic/Specialty setting; crust color as desired.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
