Egg Bread II Recipe - Cooking Index
| Large 1 1/2 Lb Loaf | ||
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Milk |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter |
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Active dry yeast |
Place all ingredients in bread pan as directed by manufacturer. Select Light Crust setting.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
