Eggnog Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
| Large 1 1/2 Lb Loaf | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 1 | Active dry yeast | |
| 2 1/2 cups | 156g / 5.5oz | All-purpose flour |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Nutmeg |
| 3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Eggnog - at room temperature |
Place ingredients in the pan according to your manufacturers' directions. Use a light crust setting.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
